ECOMMERCE RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their Modernist Look product from ModernistLook.com.
Please send your package via a traceable method and contact us with your tracking number here. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and Modernist Look is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
– New, unused and in original condition;
– Inclusive of all original hang-tags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.
– Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
Used items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The amount refunded back to you will be charged an 15% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be credited to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
